We can gather data from all marketplaces and other online platforms. We work a lot of APIs (such as Amazon SP-API), but we are not limited to them as some data is simply harder to obtain. For example, we can get the data via file generation automations. Or we can connect directly to the database of some apps. Or if that doesn't work, we can scrap it for you.
Yes, it is possible to connect your internal tools to most marketplaces, so you can monitor and control your orders, inventory, products, reviews, etc.
You can do it as often as you want, however, keep in mind that each API has its limit. Sometimes it might be not possible to pull some data pieces (for example order information) more than once every minute.
It really depends on the amount of data. We recommend using Amazon RDS to store your data. We don't charge extra storing it, so you only pay for the database according to Amazon’s pricing.
We've got you covered! Our cutting-edge data integration services help you make sense of your Amazon data and turn it into actionable insights.
