How did the development process look like?

The development process of the Acorn project consisted of four steps.
First, we worked with Greenwald Brands to design a solution that met their needs. Second, we designed and developed the custom Amazon Arbitrage Seller solution.
Third, we implemented it and guided the client's team through its functionalities.
And finally, we are now working on turning the software into a SaaS solution.

1.  Is the Amazon Arbitrage Solution a SaaS product?

No, the tool is not (yet) a SaaS product. At this point, it is a custom solution that we created from scratch based on the specific needs and preferences of our client, in this case, Greenwald Brands.

However, we are currently turning the system into a subscription-based SaaS software that our client can resell further.

All of the projects listed on our website serve as an inspiration for coming up with your own unique ideas. The solutions created by us are always tailored to your specific requirements.

2. What would be the cost of a similar solution?

The cost of your tool will depend on its complexity, the systems to integrate with, and the support needed. We created solutions within budgets starting from 1000$ and ending at hundreds of thousands.

3. How long would it take to develop a similar tool for our business?

The development process of this particular project took around 3 months. This includes the discovery call, where we worked closely with our client to understand his unique needs and preferences, as well as the entire development and implementation of the solution.

Our team works diligently to ensure that the solution is developed in a timely and efficient manner, and the dedicated Project Managers keep our clients updated on the progress throughout the whole process.

4. Who owns the tool after you build it?

Once the project is completed and implemented, the client legally owns everything necessary to build, maintain, or extend the software in the future, such as "executable" files, scripts, project files, source code, etc.

Greenwald Brands has agreed to let us share the specifics of this particular project, and we are thrilled to showcase the solution we provided to help them achieve their business goals.

However, please note that we don't talk about many of the projects we have worked on due to Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) with our clients. We take your confidentiality very seriously and always adhere to the terms of our agreements to ensure your privacy and security.
